Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro Connection and Cleaning Issues
I am experiencing serious issues with my Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro. The device fails to perform area cleaning and continuously displays the error "Slow network connection, please try again."
To troubleshoot, I have:
Reset the device,
Reconnected it to the Wi-Fi,
Placed both my phone and the vacuum near the modem,
Ensured the connection is on 2.4GHz,
Despite all these efforts, the problem persists. Additionally, the power button does not respond, the indicator light keeps blinking, and when placed on the charging dock, it does not indicate that it's charging.
I expect urgent support to resolve these issues. This vacuum is useless in its current state, and I need a solution ASAP. Xiaomi, please address this ongoing problem!
