Xiaomi Mop Pro Side Brush Stops Spinning, Fails to Clean Properly

I have been experiencing a frustrating issue with my Xiaomi Mop Pro robot vacuum. The bottom brush stops spinning halfway through the room, resulting in incomplete cleaning. After some time, it starts spinning again on its own.

At first, I thought this was an intentional feature, but I soon realized it wasn't, as the vacuum fails to clean properly. I searched online and found many other users facing the same issue, yet there is no official response from Xiaomi addressing this malfunction.

I expect Xiaomi to acknowledge and resolve this problem. Whether it’s a firmware issue or a hardware defect, customers deserve a clear explanation and a solution!
