Xiaomi Vacuum S10T - Map Won't Appear In The App, Low Connection Signal

my Xiaomi S10 T Robot Vacuum keeps showing this weak connectivity error even though it's connected to the internet. so exhausted of trying every bit of solution proposed over the internet...Do I have to really?? Additionally, the device is not displaying the cleaning map on the mobile app. I've tried a bunch of stuff to fix it, like turning it off and on again and even doing a factory reset, but it's still not working. so annoying when you have problems with a product that's supposed to make cleaning easier and better. I need the connectivity and map display to keep track of the cleaning, but the device isn't working right now and it's messing everything up.anyone please... if you could give me some tips or steps to fix the weak connectivity error and get the map working again, that would be awesome. just let me know about any software updates or firmware patches that might help fix the problem. open to all thx.
