The battery of my Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Pro+ 3D model robot vacuum has died, and the authorized service center is refusing to provide a replacement. When I contacted them, they simply stated that they do not deal with that particular matter. If you're not willing to support your product, then it's best not to sell it. Those considering purchasing Xiaomi products should be mindful of the potential challenges they may encounter with post-purchase service.
