Xiaomi Mi Band 5 Warranty Issue
I'd like to share a particularly bothering experience. My smart bracelet arrived from Hepsiburada, but I was unable to connect it to my phone after purchasing it. I took advantage of the fact that the warranty was still active and submitted a repair request via the Hepsiburada website. I called their customer service today and was told that they were unable to repair it and that I would instead be given a refund for my purchase. My issue is that I only paid 350 TL for the smart bracelet, but its current price is 1500 TL. It makes no sense for them to reimburse me for the initial purchase price. I need a replacement for an item that is still covered by the warranty that came with it.
