Xiaomi Mop Pro Persistent Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues

I recently sent my Xiaomi Mop Pro smart vacuum to an authorized service center because it was having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. They found that the motherboard was burned, which cost me 1600 TL to fix, and I had to pay to have the device sent back to me. To my disappointment, the device was given back to me in the same condition as before. To make things even worse, I had to pay an extra 70 TL for shipping. Since yesterday, I've been trying to get in touch with the customer service rep, but they keep sending me to the technical support team, who won't connect me to the repair team. I'm frustrated and don't know who to talk to or how to solve this problem.
