Samsung Phone Service Charges Exceed Warranty Terms
On October 31, 2023, I submitted a request to have my phone's warranty serviced. They asked for 3000 TL to cover the cost of repairs, but I refused and asked for my phone back instead. They wanted to charge me shipping fees in addition to an additional service fee of 600 TL for an unopened phone that was still under warranty. How they can charge for service on a phone that should be covered by the warranty is beyond my comprehension. I demand that the appropriate steps be taken right away. Thank you.
