Suno Charged My Card $100 Without My Authorization for an Annual Subscription
On February 16, 2026, at 4:22 PM, I discovered that a charge of approximately $100 had been made to my Enpara card for an annual subscription to the AI application Suno without my knowledge or authorization. I never started a subscription, never approved any recurring payment, and did not receive any prior notification regarding this charge.
This transaction was processed without my consent, and I believe it is an unauthorized payment. At no point did I knowingly agree to purchase an annual membership or authorize Suno to withdraw this amount from my card.
I request that the unauthorized charge be investigated immediately, the annual subscription be canceled, and the full amount of approximately $100 be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding how this transaction was processed without my approval.
In addition, I request that Suno implement the necessary security and verification measures to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring in the future and to better protect users from unexpected subscription charges.
