On June 8, 2022, bought a Xiaomi G10 vertical vacuum cleaner from a seller named Abdülvahit Yılmaz on the Hepsiburada.com website. The product displayed an air pipe blockage warning and stopped working. On May 15, 2023, posted a question on the seller's service and technical support page on Hepsiburada.com, seeking guidance on a defective air filter. Unfortunately, the seller did not reply to the inquiry. After that, we contacted the seller, A******** Yılmaz, and explained the situation to him verbally. They pointed out that the product was still under warranty. He suggested that we send the product to the authorized service center, which is Byfix Bilisim Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi. we did so on May 15, 2023, as instructed, also included a warning about the air pipe being clogged. The company contacted us during the process, expressing their concern and asking for relevant information. Even though the product was covered by warranty, they asked for an unexpected repair fee of 2,500.00 TL. We transferred the requested amount to them with the IBAN number TR21*****************486521 on May 17, 2023.
We received the product on May 24, 2023, through a domestic courier but the courier told us that we needed to pay an extra 481.50 TL. We informed that we wanted to open and check the product and mentioned that we would return it if any problems were detected. The courier refused to hand over the cargo without payment and stated that it could not be opened. We asked about a payment that we didn't expect since we had already paid 2,500.00 TL. They told us that there was a payment fee of 350.00 TL upon delivery and a shipping fee of 131.50 TL. Given the situation, we request a replacement for the defective product and a refund of the money paid. Please contact the seller and Hepsiburada on our behalf to replace the product with a new one and refund the full amount of 2,981.50 TL that we have already paid. Thank you.
