I bought the Xiaomi S10+ Plus Robot Vacuum. Two months later, it malfunctioned, and following Xiaomi's guidance, I sent it to their authorized technical service at the Kızılay service center (Service No: 5288212). They demanded ₺3,857, claiming it was due to user error, but I refused repair and requested the product be returned. It was mistakenly sent to the wrong address but eventually corrected and delivered to me. After two weeks in transit, the LED lights, crucial for mapping, stopped working. While attempting to repair it with engineer friends from TÜBİTAK, we discovered a scandalous situation. The robot's connector part had been removed and cleaned, seemingly to conceal its absence, though it had no relation to the malfunction. Armed with evidence, I contacted Genpa, who, after comparing the footage, acknowledged the issue. They requested I send it back for reinstallation, but lacking trust, I hesitated. I reached out to Xiaomi Turkey, and filed a complaint, yet received no resolution nor engagement from the company. Instead of swiftly addressing consumer rights and concerns, they've shown no effort. My two-month-old robot vacuum has been effectively ruined by the service, and Xiaomi refuses to stand behind it. They've shattered my trust, failed to take responsibility, and left me in distress. It's been a month without a functioning robot vacuum. How could a company like Xiaomi partner with such incompetent individuals?
