Xiaomi G10 Vacuum Battery Drains

I purchased a Xiaomi G10 vertical vacuum cleaner from Vatan Bilgisayar as a gift for my mother. The vacuum cleaner's battery depletes much faster than the times specified for each mode. During the sale, they claimed the battery lasted longer, but the actual usage didn't match the description. I sent it to the service, and upon its return, they reported no issues. I want this discrepancy addressed and resolved. It has only been 5 days since I bought the device, and it's already been to the service.
