Xiaomi Replaced My Robot Vacuum X10 Plus With a Lower Model

About four months ago, I purchased the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10+ through Amazon. Shortly after the purchase, I had to send the product twice to Meiko technical service because the mopping function was not working. On both occasions, they returned the device claiming "no issue" was found, even though the mopping function clearly did not work—it only rinsed at the station. Later, I sent the product to the KVK Kartal service center, and they issued a boxed replacement. However, they sent me a lower model, the Robot Vacuum X20+, which lacks key features of the X10+ such as heated mop drying, and is currently sold for around ₺5,000 less in the market. I also experienced major issues during the replacement process. Despite repeated attempts, I couldn’t reach the service team by phone, and they never responded via WhatsApp either. I opened a complaint with Xiaomi as well, but I haven’t received any response in over a week. I was only able to use the original device for about a month and have been dealing with this issue for nearly three months. I request that a replacement unit of the same model, the Robot Vacuum X10+, with all original features, be sent to me.
