Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro Robot Vacuum Quickly Discharges
Last year, I purchased the Xiaomi Vacuum Mop Pro robot vacuum from the seller Hepsiburada on the Hepsiburada website. The water tank was leaking, but I decided to use it only in vacuum mode, never setting up regular use. I cleaned the filters and the tray when they were full. It never fell as it was not used on elevated surfaces and was operated correctly. Approximately 3 months ago, every time I turned on the vacuum, it would turn off after 10 minutes and never completed a cleaning session. When it turned off, I placed it back on the charging station, then turned it on again, and it would turn off again. 20 days ago, I sent the product for replacement to the service. The service claims that the cause of the malfunction was a defective battery and suggests that I pay 1900 ₺ for its replacement. Even if they argue that I used it a lot, it still could not have caused the battery to fail. Why should I pay for it? It's like if a cup broke from frequent use or an iPhone broke from frequent use. They lifted it themselves. Clearly, the product is of high quality, as there are many positive user reviews. I'm not asking for a refund as I bought it for 4,900, and now it's worth around 17,000. I want to request an exchange for a working similar new product.
After the service report, I filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Committee for the defective product. At the end of 4 months and following an expert examination, it was determined that the product was defective, and the decision was made for the company to replace the complained product with a non-defective equivalent product.
