Unregistered Xiaomi 11 Pro Smartphone Sold by Official Store

I can't believe that just happened to me on Hepsiburada's website. I bought a Xiaomi 11 Pro smartphone from their official Xiaomi Turkey store. I thought it would be guaranteed for use in Turkey and properly registered. But to my surprise, they sold me an unregistered phone! My new Xiaomi phone still doesn't have its IMEI registered, so I keep getting legal warning messages. I got this message today: "8xx797xx37xxxx IMEI number is not registered and will be blocked in 90 days. Contact the place you bought it or sign up for your device. B002." I immediately called Xiaomi Turkey and asked them to solve the problem. They told me to ask for help from BTK and Hepsiburada.
