Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G Warranty Service Demanding Unjust Repair Fees
I sent my Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G, which is still under warranty, to your authorized service center. The only issue with my device was minor paint bubbling on the inner corners of the back cover; there were no other problems. The rear camera, in particular, was perfectly fine when I handed it over. Today, I received a call from the service center stating that the rear camera was faulty and that I would need to pay ₺3,750 for the repair. They also said that if I refused, I would have to pay a ₺1,750 service fee, otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to get my phone back. Despite the phone being original and under warranty, the service performed actions without contacting or obtaining my approval. Although I had noticed many negative reviews about this service online, I trusted the brand and still sent my device. I completely reject the ₺1,750 service fee demand, as my rear camera was intact when delivered. I request that my phone be returned to me in proper working condition and free of charge. I also urge an investigation into this issue and supervision of the service center to prevent similar incidents in the future.
