I Want a Refund for My Xiaomi 14T Pro Due to Screen Blackout Issues

I am experiencing a screen blackout issue with my Xiaomi 14T Pro smartphone, which I purchased from Mi.com on February 14, 2026. This defect significantly affects the normal use of the device and prevents me from receiving the level of performance and reliability I expected from the product.

This is not the first issue I have experienced with a device purchased from the same seller. Previously, I purchased a Redmi Note 13 Pro from Mi.com on November 29, 2024, and encountered a separate problem that caused significant inconvenience. After I identified indications that the device may have been previously opened, it was inspected by an authorized service center, an official service report was issued, and the device was ultimately returned.

Experiencing serious problems with two different devices purchased from the same seller within a relatively short period has severely damaged my trust in the company. Considering my previous experience, I believe the screen blackout issue affecting my Xiaomi 14T Pro deserves careful and thorough evaluation.

Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, I consider this device to be a defective product. Therefore, I am requesting the return of the Xiaomi 14T Pro and a full refund of the amount I paid.

If my request is not resolved within a reasonable period, I will exercise all available legal rights, including filing claims with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, Consumer Court, and any other relevant legal authorities.
