I Face Unresolved Touchscreen and Keyboard Issues on My Redmi Note 14 for Months

I’m using a Redmi Note 14 and have been dealing with serious touchscreen problems since I bought it. I reported the issue twice, but nothing was done. After waiting two full months, support finally got back to me asking for a screenshot — seriously? What kind of proof can I send after all this time? The problem still exists, and they’re acting like I need to prove it again instead of actually helping.
The touchscreen randomly stops responding, especially in landscape mode — only the top-right corner works. On top of that, the keyboard has become a nightmare. It constantly registers the wrong keys, making it impossible to type anything correctly.
I expected much better from Redmi. I paid for a fully functioning smartphone, not one that fights me every time I try to type or swipe. Xiaomi needs to stop delaying and fix this touchscreen and keyboard issue immediately. Enough with the excuses — this is clearly a faulty device, and I deserve either a replacement or a real repair.
