Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Essential Failed, No Warranty

I bought the Mi Robot Vacuum Mop Essential from the Media Markt store on February 11, 2022. I've sent the device for service two times. They noticed a software mistake the first time and fixed it before giving it back. On September 20th, 2023, the device stopped working out of nowhere and wouldn't turn on anymore. The company said that the battery had lasted longer than expected, and the warranty didn't include it. Even though I pointed out that the device hasn't been used since February 6, they ignored my concerns and changed the topic. Xiaomi said that the device wasn't covered by warranty and told us to contact the seller. On November 1, 2023, while I was using my device, it suddenly turned off, and they told me that the battery had leaked. They offered to fix it for ₺4000. They said it wasn't covered by the warranty. Be careful when buying Xiaomi devices; they might not work properly even if you have a warranty.
