Xiaomi S10t Robot Vacuum Came with Never-Ending Technical Issues

On December 22, 2021, I bought a Xiaomi S10t Robot Vacuum at the Xiaomi store in 41burada Mall. Sadly, the machine only worked for two months before it started breaking down all the time. I couldn't go to the store for a while because I was too busy. When I finally told them about the problem and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do that and could only send me to their technical support. They insisted that the refund could not happen until the company agreed to it. The first time I sent the device in for repair, they said there was no problem, even though it was turning off because of a problem with the left wheel. After the so-called repair, the vacuum would turn off quickly after cleaning a small area, and the brush would stop turning, leaving dirt behind. This was an issue we didn't have before we sent it in. When I went back to the store a second time, they sent it back to be fixed instead of giving me a refund. But the problems kept happening, and the vacuum even turned off when it was taken away from the charging unit. Even though I kept asking, the store said they couldn't help with the refund process because it was up to technical service. When I called technical support, they told me that this model had problems with all of their devices. This much customer dissatisfaction is not okay. I might have bought a different Xiaomi product if the refund process had begun when the problem first happened, but after this mess, I wouldn't recommend Xiaomi to anyone. I'm telling other people about this terrible service by posting about my experience on social media.

After receiving the device, I returned it to the technical service again, and currently, the device is still in the technical service waiting for a part. However, I want a refund, but they are performing the repair without my approval.
