Double Charges on My Spotify Subscription via Papara Card
Yesterday and today, Spotify charged me twice for my subscription through my Papara card. I’m being billed ₺59.99 twice for a single membership, which is unacceptable. The subscription is supposed to be a monthly payment, so why am I being charged daily?
This is incredibly frustrating, and I demand an immediate refund for the duplicate charge. Spotify, please address this issue promptly and ensure it doesn’t happen again. I only have one active membership, and there’s no reason for multiple payments. Fix this error and refund the extra charge without delay. Your customers deserve better than to deal with these mistakes.
