WPS Office Charged Me $67 During a Free Trial Without Any Notice

On the night of December 22, 2025, between 2:00 and 3:00 AM, I used the WPS Office app for the first time on my Android phone, and the app clearly stated that it included a 3-day free trial. Despite this, before the trial period ended, a subscription was unfairly activated without notifying me, and on December 24, 2025 at 2:33 AM, $67 was charged to my account through the Google Play Store.

Even though I canceled the subscription within just a few minutes after noticing this transaction, no refund has been issued. I consider it completely unfair and harmful that this charge was taken while the free trial was still ongoing.

I demand that the full $67 charged during the trial period be refunded to me, that this incident be properly investigated, and that preventive measures be taken to ensure other users do not experience similar issues.
