On October 19, 2025, I used the Geofind mobile app once on my Android device through Google Play, and $1 was charged to my account for that transaction. However, on October 20, 2025, I noticed an additional $18 payment taken from my account, even though I did not use the app again or log in. I only used the app once and never accessed it afterward.
I tried canceling my subscription through Google Play, but I couldn’t get it resolved. I also couldn’t find any phone number or contact information for the app’s customer service. At this point, $18 has been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or approval.
I am urgently requesting that my subscription be canceled and that the unauthorized $18 charge be refunded. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved quickly. I can share the payment receipt if needed.
