I Face Missing Payout and No Response on WowApp

I have been using the WowApp application and recently requested a withdrawal of $27. The platform stated that the money would be deposited into my account within five business days, and that I would receive an email confirmation once it was processed.
However, no payment was received within the promised timeframe, and I never received any email update. To follow up, I sent two separate emails to WowApp support, but neither was answered. This is especially frustrating because the first time I made a withdrawal, the payment was processed smoothly, which raises the question of why it failed this time.
Right now, my funds are missing, I have no clear explanation, and WowApp support has been completely unresponsive. This has left me both financially inconvenienced and disappointed in the reliability of the platform.
I request that WowApp:
Immediately investigate the status of my $27 withdrawal,
Provide a clear explanation for the delay or failure in processing, and
Ensure that the funds are transferred without further delay.
Customers should not be left in uncertainty, especially when money is involved. WowApp must improve its support responsiveness and payout reliability to regain user trust.
