I recently played AFK Arena through the WowApp platform and successfully completed all the tasks required for a specific campaign. According to the offer details, I was supposed to receive 4,000 wowcoins upon completion.
However, despite finishing every mission as instructed, the promised wowcoins were never credited to my account. To resolve this, I reached out to WowApp support, but they were completely unhelpful and provided no solution.
This has left me frustrated, as I invested both time and effort into completing the tasks with the expectation of receiving the stated rewards. Not delivering these wowcoins feels like a breach of trust and unfair treatment toward users who engage with the platform in good faith.
I am formally requesting that the 4,000 wowcoins I earned be credited to my account immediately. WowApp should also ensure better transparency and responsiveness in handling similar complaints so users don’t feel ignored or cheated in the future.
