I created a virtual card in my own name through WowApp and loaded about $20 onto it. Since withdrawals are restricted, I attempted to use the balance for purchases. However, each time I tried, I received a “limit insufficient” error and was unable to complete any transactions.
The bigger issue is that I no longer know where the $20 balance has gone. The money appears to be missing, and I have not been able to trace whether it was blocked, deducted, or left unusable due to the app’s limitations.
I am requesting a clear explanation from WowApp regarding:
Why the “limit insufficient” error occurs despite sufficient balance.
Where my $20 balance has gone and why I cannot use it.
How WowApp plans to resolve this issue so customers are not left in the dark about their funds.
As a customer, I expect transparent communication and an immediate solution, either by restoring access to my funds or by providing a refund of the unusable balance.
