I am experiencing a major issue with WowApp. Whenever I try to withdraw my earnings through the “Cash Out” section, the page fails to load and only shows a blank white screen. This happens consistently, preventing me from accessing or withdrawing my funds.
The strange part is that all the other sections of the application work without any problems. The error only occurs in the withdrawal process, which makes the situation even more frustrating. As a user who has spent significant time on the platform, I find it unacceptable that the most important feature — withdrawing earnings — does not function properly.
I am requesting that WowApp:
Fix the technical error on the withdrawal page,
Ensure that users can access and complete the cash-out process smoothly, and
Provide a clear update or communication to affected users about when the issue will be resolved.
This problem has left me unable to withdraw my own earnings, and I expect it to be handled urgently.
