My Arçelik Turkish Coffee Maker Failed Even After Expensive Repairs

Since our Arçelik Telve Turkish Coffee machine received insufficient water and left coffee residue at the bottom of the coffee pot, we gave it to the authorized service and asked for the problem to be examined/resolved. Later, we received a call from the service and were informed that the problem was detected and that this problem would be eliminated by replacing some parts. This amount was: ₺2,940. We agreed to pay this fee in line with the knowledge that the machine's problems would be corrected. Later, we received a call from the service and informed that it was ready, so we went and received our machine. However, in our first try at home, we saw that the same problem persisted. The next day, we called the relevant service and reported that our problem continued. We made an appointment with them and took the product back. When we examined the machine together with the service technician and the service officials, we saw that it could not fill the ordinary (smallest size) cup at the 3rd level. And as a result, since our problem was not solved, we requested that the installed parts be removed and our machine be returned to us in the same condition as we first delivered it. However, at this point, although the service technician accepted it that day, now the authorities do not accept it and want to return the machine both with these ₺2,940 parts installed and with our problem not solved. Their explanation was "Arçelik does not accept returns for these parts we ordered for you, so we cannot return these parts." However, in case of failure to solve the problem by committing to solve the problem, its return should have been provided unconditionally. The customer service we contacted did not resolve the issue either.

There has been no progress. It's unbelievable that a company could be so unprofessional. In summary, they are trying to charge 2,945 TL for a card replacement on a faulty device and then deliver it back still faulty. I am not accepting it. I did not accept it, and I will not accept it.

For those interested: Arçelik did not cancel this unjust gain in any way, did not refund the money, the machine is still the same, still broken. I do not forgive them...
