I am filing this complaint regarding my experience on Wizz Air flight W6 2437.

We were entitled to a 10 kg cabin baggage allowance. However, we carried our bags with us, assuming they met the requirements for cabin luggage. Upon boarding, we were unfairly charged a penalty fee without prior warning.

I demand a refund for the baggage fee or penalty we were forced to pay.

Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the behavior of your staff. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly suspect that we were mistreated because we are Turkish citizens, which is completely unacceptable.

Wizz Air, rectify this situation immediately by refunding our money and addressing your staff’s behavior!
