I Face Online Check-In Failure with Wizz Air After Paying Change Fee via MyTrip
I booked tickets to London through MyTrip for myself and my brother. The original departure date was August 8, but I changed it to August 6 and paid the change fee. Now, when I try to check in, the system says online check-in is not available.
I recently learned that Wizz Air charges passengers an extra fee for physical check-in at the counter. After already paying to change my ticket, I refuse to pay more. I should be able to complete my online check-in free of charge without being forced into additional costs.
I am requesting that Wizz Air fix the online check-in issue and allow me to check in properly without charging me again.
