I Can’t Take Online Bookings on My Wix Website and Support Takes 5 Days to Respond

I created a website through Wix.com, hoping to streamline my business with their online appointment feature. I followed every setup instruction to the letter, but the booking system simply doesn't work. My clients are unable to schedule appointments online, and this is directly impacting my business and revenue.

When I reached out to customer service for help, I expected a real solution. Instead, all I got was a copy-pasted message showing me the exact same booking setup steps I had already completed. No troubleshooting. No personalized assistance. Just a cold, automated response—after a five-day delay!

This kind of response is unacceptable for a service that charges premium fees. Every day I wait for proper support is another day of lost clients and income. I can’t afford this kind of inefficiency. Wix, if you're going to advertise tools to help small businesses thrive, you need to back it up with actual, timely support.

I’m requesting immediate technical help to get the booking system working and expect a significantly faster response from your team moving forward. Small businesses depend on reliability and professionalism—both of which are currently lacking.
