Google Ads Fake Clicks Causing Financial Loss, Refund Not Issued

I have been advertising with Google Ads for approximately 5 years, but recently, I experienced significant financial loss due to fake clicks on my ads. Despite contacting the Ads team, my issue remains unresolved, and I have received no refund for the fraudulent clicks.

I have incurred a loss of ₺25,000 because of these fake clicks, which have greatly impacted my business. It’s unacceptable that Google Ads has not taken responsibility for this situation, leaving me without proper support or recourse.

I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a refund for the fraudulent clicks that have caused this financial damage. Google Ads must address this issue promptly and provide fair treatment to advertisers.
