Wix.com Charged Me Without My Consent Despite No Active Membership

I was shocked to discover that on May 21, 2025, ₺1650 was withdrawn from my credit card without my permission. The transaction appeared as “iyzicowix.com Luxembourg,” even though I never created an account or subscribed to any Wix.com service. I have absolutely no affiliation with Wix, yet they managed to charge my card without so much as an email notification, SMS verification, or any user approval process.

This is a completely unauthorized charge, and I feel violated knowing that such a large sum was taken without my knowledge or consent. I didn’t receive any service, nor did I initiate any purchase through Wix. When I attempted to reach out to Wix.com to understand how this happened and to request a refund, I was met with complete silence. No customer service agent responded to my inquiries, and I still haven’t received any form of explanation or support.

This is unacceptable from a company that claims to be secure and user-friendly. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺1650 that was wrongly taken from my card and a formal explanation of how my card details were used without authorization. I also urge Wix to implement better fraud prevention and customer service protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen to others.
