WiserApp billed me without consent, how can I dispute these charges?

If WiserApp billed you without consent;

• Contact WiserApp support immediately via email or in-app/website support and state that you were charged without authorization
• Provide your account email/username, charge date and amount, transaction ID (if available), and screenshots or bank statements showing the charge

Ask them to;

• Explain why the charge was made without your approval
• Cancel any active subscription immediately and disable auto-renewal
• Refund the unauthorized charges and confirm billing is stopped

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
