I have a mobile phone subscription with MyIQ that was renewed automatically on 30-11-2025 without any prior notice or my explicit consent. I find it unacceptable that my subscription was extended just like that, without informing me first. The subscription runs under the following reference: WR0Y 64/4 7545 2 and costs €29,95 per month. I only discovered the extension afterwards and I absolutely do not agree with it. I then tried several times to contact MyIQ customer service, but they simply do not respond. I am now stuck with a subscription that I did not want to continue, and the complete lack of response from MyIQ makes me even more angry and frustrated. I demand that MyIQ immediately cancels this subscription, reverses the automatic extension and refunds all costs charged in connection with this unwanted renewal. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that it will never again be renewed without my explicit and clear approval.
