
I had registered for a trial on Myiq.com with the email address [email protected] and cancelled before the end of the trial period. Despite cancelling on time, on 16/12/2025 I was still charged a subscription fee of 29.99 €, which I consider unfair and unauthorized. I contacted Myiq.com customer support about this issue, but they insist that I am providing the wrong account details, even though I am using the same email address with which I registered and cancelled the trial. As a result, my issue has not been resolved and I am now worried that more subscription fees may be charged in the future without my consent. I request a full refund of the 29.99 € that was charged on 16/12/2025 and confirmation that my subscription is completely cancelled so that I will not be charged again in the future.
