Parimatch Locked My ₹500 Deposit as Bonus Without Warning

I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account on April 18 via bank transfer. After the deposit was completed, I opened the app and saw that the entire ₹500 had automatically been placed in the “locked by bonus” section instead of appearing in my main balance.
I did not intend for this amount to be treated as a bonus or locked balance, and I was not clearly informed that my deposit would be restricted in this way. Because I could not fully understand how this system works, I have not yet contacted customer support, but I want this issue to be reviewed.
I am requesting that the ₹500 currently marked as “locked by bonus” be unlocked and transferred to my main balance so that I can use my own funds freely.
