Tracelohelp.com Fraudulent Payment — Unauthorized Bank Card Use

On September 29, 2025, at 03:58 AM, an unauthorized charge of ₺949 was made to my Ziraat Bank card (last four digits: 9999) through the website Tracelohelp.com. This transaction occurred without my knowledge or consent, and I strongly suspect that my card information was compromised by a third party.

When I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted Ziraat Bank’s customer service, but I was told that I needed to reach out directly to the website. Since I don’t know how to contact Tracelohelp.com, I haven’t been able to reach them. I also haven’t yet blocked my card, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an incident.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the ₺949 that was withdrawn without authorization, and I expect a prompt resolution and clear explanation regarding this issue.
