Adidas Order Not Delivered on Time and Misleading Stock Information

As shown in the screenshot I attached, it has been 6 days since I placed my order on Adidas’s official website, and the promised delivery date was Wednesday, April 22. I contacted customer service twice, and on Monday I was told, “We are trying to supply the product.” This response makes no sense—what does it mean to “try to supply” a product that was already in stock when I placed the order?
This is not the first time this has happened. In a previous order, I was refunded without even being informed. I was later told the item was out of stock, which is why the refund was processed. However, just a few days later, the same product was listed again for sale at nearly double the price. This pattern seriously damages my trust.
I demand that my shoes be shipped to me as quickly as possible. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue all available legal actions.
