Tango Live Suspended My Account and Locked My Balance
My Tango Live account associated with the email address cristiblo***@yahoo.com has been suspended since April 22, 2026, at around 11:00 a.m., without any prior notice or explanation. I usually access the platform from my iPhone, and I did not make any changes to my device, location, payment method, or perform any unusual activity before the suspension occurred.
This situation is very concerning because I have a significant balance in my account that I was unable to withdraw before the restriction was applied. At the moment, I have no access to these funds, which is causing me a direct financial loss.
I have tried to contact support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my account be reviewed and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation for the suspension. If this action was taken in error, I ask that my account access be restored and that I be allowed to withdraw my remaining balance.
I have always tried to follow Tango Live’s rules and community guidelines. If there has been any misunderstanding, I am willing to clarify the situation and provide any necessary identification or KYC documents to verify my identity and the legitimacy of my activity and earnings.
