WhiteBIT Blocked My Account Due to Country Restrictions
I opened an account on the WhiteBIT platform about a week ago. The system allowed me to sign up and create an account without any warning or restriction notice based on my country. After the account was opened, I was informed that my country is on the restricted countries list and that I cannot use their services as expected. I find it unacceptable that the platform first allows account creation and only later declares my country as restricted. This practice feels discriminatory and segregating towards certain people and countries. I consider this treatment improper and unfair. I request that WhiteBIT review these practices and stop offering services in a way that segregates users by country after letting them open an account, and that they act in a transparent and non‑discriminatory manner towards all users.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to learn about the restrictions only after creating an account. WhiteBIT complies with applicable regulatory requirements, which means our services may be unavailable in certain countries. Information about these restrictions is provided during registration, so we would like to understand why it may not have been clear or visible in your case. Could you please specify which country you registered from, whether you used our website or mobile app, if you were using a VPN, and when exactly you received the restriction notice? If you have contacted our support team, please also share your ticket number. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would be happy to look into your case, and your feedback will help us make the registration process clearer for our users.
