I Verified My KCEX Account but They Blocked It After My Balance Depleted

I completed all required identity verification steps on KCEX, including submitting documents and confirmations. Everything seemed fine at first, but shortly after using the platform and depleting my bonus balance through trading, I received an error message. My account was suddenly restricted, and I was no longer able to access my funds or continue using the platform.
It feels like once they’re done using you—once the money is gone—they find excuses to block you or throw errors to prevent further access. This is extremely unfair and unethical. I didn’t violate any rules, yet they took away my access with no clear explanation or support.
KCEX is overstepping boundaries and acting without transparency. I’m uncomfortable with how they operate and feel they are deliberately creating obstacles. I demand they lift the restriction on my account and provide a detailed explanation for this error. Otherwise, I’ll have no choice but to escalate this situation to consumer protection authorities.
