I’ve been using WhiteBIT for a long time, and until now, all my transfers were smooth and problem-free. But during my latest transaction, they suddenly froze ₺20,000 of my funds and demanded documents like a salary slip or proof of income. I haven’t been formally employed in a while—I support myself through crypto trading.
Even though the transfer was between my own accounts, they still placed a hold on my money. I need that money urgently, and this situation is putting me in a really difficult position. I’m asking for one simple thing: either unblock my account or refund the full amount.
I’m ready to file formal complaints if necessary, and I’m confident I’ll win this back—plus more. But I don’t want to waste time fighting. Just give me back my ₺20,000 and know that I’ll never use WhiteBIT again.
