I’ve been investing regularly through the WhiteBIT crypto exchange, always making sure to comply fully with all relevant laws and regulations. Despite following every rule and submitting every document requested, I’m still being denied access to my own funds—specifically $224 that remains locked in my account.

WhiteBIT has asked me multiple times to verify my identity, submit official documents, and provide confirmations—which I did, completely and without delay. Yet there has been no follow-up, no response, and most importantly, no access to my money.

I feel like I’m being deliberately stonewalled and misled. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for any financial platform, let alone one that handles cryptocurrency. If WhiteBIT claims to be legitimate and secure, it should act like it and resolve this situation immediately.

I am demanding that my account withdrawal block be lifted without further delay. This is my money and I expect it to be released at once.
