Unable to Withdraw Funds on WhiteBIT Despite Providing Required Verification

Hello, I am a WhiteBIT user and have never encountered any issues until recently. For the past 20 days, my funds have been frozen without explanation. I have provided all the necessary information, including a video verification, as requested. Despite this, I only receive vague responses such as "Please wait, your funds are secure." This delay has become unbearable.

I am unable to withdraw my own money, which I initially transferred from my Garanti Bankası account. The withdrawal button is inaccessible, and no transactions can be processed. Customer support claims that the issue is with the review department, but they cannot provide any updates.

The value of Bitcoin has increased by 40%, and I am suffering financial losses due to the delay. I demand an immediate resolution, allowing me to withdraw my funds without further delay. WhiteBIT must address this issue promptly.
