On January 30, 2025, at 19:01, I transferred ₺20,000 from my Garanti Bank account to my Bybit TR account. However, despite 7 days passing, my money is still marked as "under review", and it has not been refunded to my account.
Bybit TR demanded income proof and other documents, but I clearly stated that I do not have an income proof. They continue to insist on this requirement, yet still refuse to return my funds. This situation is completely unjustified, and I have never faced such an issue on any other exchange.
I even contacted Bybit TR Manager K***** Bey**, who assured me that he would escalate my issue, but nothing has been resolved. My funds are being withheld illegally, and this needs to be addressed immediately.
I demand an urgent refund of my money. Bybit TR must stop unjustly holding user funds and process withdrawals and refunds fairly!
