About three days ago, my WhatsApp account on my iPhone 12 Pro Max started receiving repeated verification codes, suggesting that unauthorized login attempts were being made. I never shared these codes with anyone. Shortly afterward, I began receiving suspicious messages from foreign numbers, and within hours, my account was suddenly suspended with the warning: “This account can no longer be used due to spam.”
I immediately reached out to WhatsApp support and opened a case under reference number 646711421810196. However, despite submitting this request, I have not received any response, and my account remains permanently closed.
I want to emphasize that I have never engaged in spam, abuse, or any violation of WhatsApp’s policies. This suspension appears to be the result of external malicious activity, not my own behavior. As someone who relies on WhatsApp for daily communication, this has caused me serious inconvenience and stress.
I am requesting that WhatsApp re-review my case thoroughly, reinstate my account, and provide assurance that such unfair suspensions will not happen again. My account should be restored without delay so I can continue using the service securely.
