One hour ago, my personal WhatsApp account on my iPhone 15 Plus was suddenly shut down without any explanation. When I try to log in, I receive the message: “This account cannot use this application.” I cannot access my account at all.
I have not committed any rule violations or engaged in unusual activity—my account has only ever been used for normal, personal communication. After the issue occurred, I deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem remained. During login attempts, I also see a message saying, “Your operator may charge you,” which is confusing and unrelated to the ban.
I tried reaching WhatsApp support, but I am not even sure if my request reached the correct channel. Meanwhile, my account remains locked, leaving me unable to access important conversations and documents stored there.
I demand that my account be reactivated immediately and that WhatsApp provide a clear explanation for why it was blocked in the first place. Users should not lose access to their accounts without warning or valid justification.
