Follow WhatsApp's steps to make an appeal if your account was banned and you think it might have been because of spam reports:

When you open WhatsApp and see "This account is not allowed to use WhatsApp," it means that your account has been banned because you may have broken the Terms of Service.

• Send an email to WhatsApp: If you think your account was banned by mistake, you can let WhatsApp know by emailing them.

• Use the "Review Request" option inside the app. You can also go to the app, find the "Review Request" option, and touch it. Finish the review process, and WhatsApp will get back to you once they've looked over your case.

• You will be asked to enter a 6-digit registration code sent to your phone when you submit a review request through the app. After entering the code, you can send in your request for review and add more information to back up your claim.

To get a better idea of what actions might have been against WhatsApp's Terms of Service, read the "Acceptable Use of Our Services" section of the Terms of Service very carefully. This section explains how to use WhatsApp properly and what actions might be against the rules.
