WhatGeek Lost Track Of My Order, It Hasn't Arrived

OMG, just realized I had a package that was supposed to arrive from Whatgeek over a month ago, completely forgot about it until I needed the item again. checked the tracking info, I was shocked to see that the status of the tracking number is listed as "status not known." How is it possible that they don’t know where the package is? If they don’t know, how am I supposed to figure it out? won't bother quarreling or trying to track it down because it's clear that the package isn't going to arrive. trusted Whatgeek to deliver my order on time, no clear answer about what happened to my package, I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering ordering from Whatgeek. unacceptable, and customers should be aware of the potential issues with their shipping and tracking. just want others to be aware so they don’t have to deal with the same problem.
