my order with the number 89117KNY9L has been stuck since May 9th and there's no sign of it being shipped, it's about to be the great mystery of all times... they keep saying it's coming but they're not telling us anything about when it'll be ready. It's super important that my product gets sent out ASAP, we make a plan when we make a purchase, this attitude is not helping at all!! can you believe it's been five whole days since Tuesday and they still haven't even shipped it yet? I don't really think they have an idea about the whereabouts of my packet. Crazy.  this is so messed up! I was totally hyped by their campaign and bought their stuff, but now they've left us all hanging and unhappy. It's time to do something right now to fix this.

"First of all, I would like to thank şikayetvar.com very much. If it weren't for you, companies wouldn't get their act together. Now, let's talk about Rossmann customer service. They called me 2 hours after I submitted my complaint on şikayetvar.com. However, it took me 3 days to reach Rossmann customer service directly. So, it seems like they can do it when they want to. Now, let's talk about my order. It was shipped immediately, but despite being in stock, they sent one of my items missing. Thankfully, they issued a refund. It seems this is the best they can manage."
